You may return the order immediately in the event of damage or breakage unintentional by us.
In the event that you wish to replace the orders & return it, you have a maximum period of 7 days in case the orders has not been opened.
Refund policy
The refund process will only be initiated upon approval of the return of the product(s) to be returned. Upon approval, a full refund will be given for the undamaged product(s) returned (excluding shipping charges and cash on delivery charges, if applicable).

The order amount will be refunded for returns in the following ways:

Damaged products/incorrectly fulfilled orders:
If your order is received damaged or any of the products are different from what you ordered, then please agree to return the product to us using the mentioned return process. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received within 15 days of receiving the order for a full refund, including – if any – the original order delivery charges, taxes and any customs duties. We are currently unable to provide a replacement option. Instead, for all products, you should follow the returns procedure, and place a new order for replacement products.

Manufacturing defects:

Cancellation:
You may contact us at any time to cancel or change an order before it is categorized as “in progress” on our online order tracking system. In the event that you do so, we will do any of the following at your request: (i) cancel the order free of charge and return the full amount paid to you, (ii) we do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any price adjustments. If the order has been fulfilled, please wait for the order to be delivered and then use the return steps. The order will be cancelled if you choose Cash on Delivery and do not complete the confirmation process as explained in the Orders section above.
